Privacy policy

This page explains what information Operably AI LLC (“Operably,” “we”) collects through operably.ai, the operations audit, and client engagements — and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact information you provide through the contact form, audit form, or by emailing us — name, business name, email, phone, industry, systems, and the message you send.
• Audit responses — the answers you provide in the operations audit, used to generate the personalized result and stored alongside your lead record.
• Engagement data — during a paid engagement, any business operational data you provide for the build (project records, workflows, sample documents).
• Usage data — standard web analytics (page views, referrers, device type) via Google Analytics. No personally identifying information is sold or shared.
• Cookies — a minimal set used for analytics and session continuity. The site does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver the audit result.
• To run, monitor, and improve the engagement during a paid project.
• To understand site usage and improve content (aggregate analytics).
• To send transactional email related to your engagement (e.g. document delivery, signed-doc receipts).

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share contact information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels.
• We do not log secrets, API keys, passwords, or sensitive credentials in plaintext.

Subprocessors

Operably uses a small set of subprocessors to operate the site and deliver services: Render (hosting), Cloudflare (network), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), Anthropic (AI), Google (analytics). Each is bound by their own published terms; none receives data beyond what is required to deliver their service.

Data retention

Inquiries and audit submissions are retained as long as is useful for follow-up and historical reference. Engagement data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and, after termination, for up to 30 days during which export is available. Logs are retained for 90 days minimum.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@operably.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm the action taken.
