Terms of use

Terms of use

Last updated: May 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of operably.ai and the free operations audit. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work and Master Service Agreement (when applicable), which take precedence over these terms.

Use of the site

The site is provided as informational and lead-intake material. You may browse and use the audit. Do not abuse forms, scrape content at scale, or attempt to access non-public administrative areas. Reasonable use is permitted; commercial reuse of content without permission is not.

The audit

The operations audit is provided free of charge as an informational tool. It produces a plain-language summary of automation candidates based on the answers you provide. It is not a contractual deliverable, it does not constitute professional advice, and Operably makes no warranty as to its specific applicability to your business. A paid engagement is required to actually design, build, or operate any agent.

Content ownership

Operably retains ownership of the content, code, and design of operably.ai. The methodology, agent patterns, and platform framework are Operably's intellectual property. Public content may be referenced with attribution; reproduction or commercial reuse requires written permission.

Email and notifications

By submitting a form, you consent to receive a transactional response from Operably related to your inquiry. Operably does not send unsolicited marketing email.

Disclaimer

The site and audit are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operably disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement related to free site use and the audit. Paid engagement warranties are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

Limitation of liability

For free site use, Operably's aggregate liability is limited to fifty US dollars ($50). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Paid engagements carry their own liability terms set out in the signed Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Changes

Operably may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site.
